Job Description :
Experience :
- Must have 5 years of financial consolidation and reporting process knowledge with exposure to IGAAP accounting
- Should have total experience of 3 to 5 years with 3 project implementations in SAP BPC
Necessary Technical Skill Set :
- Excellent Understanding of Allocation Logic's, Inter co Elimination Logic's, Currency Translation Logic's
- Knowledge of Business Rules, Script logic and MDX logic
- Configuration of BPF, Work status and setting email notifications in the BPF approval and review process
- Worked on EPM functions to create reports and input schedules
- Should have experience in integration of BPC and BW
- Master Data Load: Involved in creating transformations and conversion files as well as creating and testing Data Manager Packages for Master data Load from SAP BI as well as Flat files
- Transaction Data Load: Has worked on creating Transformation and conversions for Transaction Data Load from SAP BI as well as flat files
- Knowledge on BPC Admin Activities such as Security Configuration, Master Data Management, Backup & Restore
- Development of BADI for the calculation logic and to integrate data across different models
- Prepare detailed Test plans
- Creation of Data management Packages, Conversion and transformation tables
- Excellent Understanding of Web Based Book publishing & Creation of Journals and Auto reversals of the same
- Knowledge on SAP-BPC (NW) interfacing with SAP-ECC
Desired Technical Skill Set :
- Good knowledge of MS office tools like Excel (functions, macros, etc.), Word, PowerPoint and Microsoft Project
- Good understanding of SQL, databases and OLAP would be an added advantage
Job Role and Responsibilities :
- Understand BPC system design principles including: Application design (structure and dimensional), BPC hierarchies, properties, Admin, security concepts
- Should be capable to work on diverse business areas and should be able to quickly understand the business processes.
- Should be able to map the business requirements into the consolidation model and be able to produce the Solution Design Document based on design workshops and analysis results
- Preparing project documents at various stages of project
- Should be able to build applications as per solution specifications, maintaining - Best Practices- and standards
- Should be able to take-up ownership of the model build
- Should demonstrate leadership skills and a proactive approach whenever required
- Should be able to handle change requests
- Should ensure timely delivery of Project Status reports to project managers and project sponsors
- Should have a very good exposure in client interaction
- Should be a very good team player with a willingness to travel on-site and work according to client timings.
