Currently we have an opening for one of our client for the profile of Deputy Manager - Procurement   With an experience of 7 years + on third party payroll.  Experience/ Qualification Required:  BE/ B.Tech. in Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation/Dairy or Food Engineering/Technology from reputed institutions   KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:   - Assist the procurement team in improving the existing framework and processes for the procurement of items by setting up inventory norms, finalizing re-order levels, lead time and new item creation.   - Support the procurement team for smooth and timely renewal of service contracts well in time with all the necessary compliance's in place in use.   - Ensure proper documentation for vendor code creation and enablement for vendor payment processing as per the revised local business guidelines   - Provide necessary support in clearing off the various procurement requirements arising due to the overflow of activities from the Project.  - Procurement of contract services for the site with customer (both internal & external) focused approach along with Operational Excellence initiatives being run from the function.   - Support procurement team in managing compliance at site including minimum due diligence for all existing and new vendors and due diligence for high risk third parties.  - Manage various customer engagements at the site through interface meetings and feedback sessions.  - Effective usage of the ERP systems for various Procurement activities and simplification of the procurement MIS generation process.  - Conduct market research for developing a sourcing strategy by identifying cost effective vendors and service providers across categories.  - Working knowledge of computers & systems like ERP, E commerce & BPCS   Ankit vaise Hr Executive Catapult Management Resources G 31, 03rd Floor, Kalkaji,  New Delhi - 110019
