Job Description:

Accountability

1. Increasing utilization & registration of wellness enablers

2. Helping & supporting Business HR & Chief Medical Officers to drive wellness agenda

3. Focusing on behavior change to drive accountability towards health of employees

4. Managing & supervising all consultants to implement wellness agenda across the Group.

5. Implementing initiatives which focuses life beyond work

6. Educating Managers & Peers to create inclusive workplace

7. Creating enabling systems for women employees

8. Revamp of FOTS

9. Help & support the portfolio head in research & benchmark
