The incumbent will have the below roles and responsbilties :  Farmer Awareness Creation: Working with the dealers & institutions to create awareness among the farmers on the use and benefits of Organic fertilisers  Product Promotion: Meeting large-size farmers in the villages to promote Organic products,  Participating in crop seminars, initiating campaigns, branding activities, ensuring proper usage of promotional budget and calculating ROI from campaign.  Forecasting: Does forecasting of sales based on historical data and applying different forecasting techniques.  Dealer Management: Facilitating dealer appointment, credit worthiness and signing agreements with institutions for supplying organic products, fixing dealer credit limits, checking the stock availability in the warehouse, and working with the logistics team to ensure on-time supply.  Market Assessment: Customer / farmer mapping to create a comprehensive database and to assess the market potential and use it to strategies the sales promotional and demand generation activities.  Competitor Activities: Analysing competetors activities and design strategies to increase business and market share in the assigned territories.  Budgeting of Additional promotional expenses  Execution of promotional plan  ATL/BTL Requirement planning  Identification & Assessment of vendor (Meet research firm, Agency)  Desired Candidate Profile :  Qualified Bsc /Msc -Agriculture with 5 -6 years of experience in Marketing of organic fertilizers /agribusiness.  MBA will be an added advantage  Candidates conversant in local language essential(Tamil/ Telugu)  Candidates residing in Vijaywada/Trichy or willing to relocate may only apply.  Candidates should be willing to travel 10-15 days.  A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills and able to interact with people at all levels.  Demonstrate professionalism in dealing with external parties.  Must be trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality with high level of integrity and commitment.  Able to work independently, meet tight deadlines and work under pressure with minimum supervision.  Sound knowledge in inventory management.  Introvert & Extrovert ( Balanced )  Planning & Organizing  Coordination with line managers  Vendor Management  People Management skills
