It was part of an M&A (the first, and only one so far in the history of Indian microfinance).  They have entrusted us to find:  HR Generalist's with a strategic and innovative bent of mind who would be responsible for inculcating and bringing up innovative HR systems in Employee Engagement, Rewards, Talent Acquisition and Retention, Talent Development and Management within the Business HR framework for Bihar & Jharkhand .   We invite applications from candidates having 6-10 years of post qualification experience. Should have present experience as a generalist with specific focus on PMS, Comp & Ben,administrative HR and Talent Acquisition.
