Deputy Manager/Manager - Taxation - CA - Automotive/Telecom/Manufacturing

Qualification : CA with 1-5 years of experience in both Direct & Indirect Taxation

- Show Cause Notices and Correspondence with Department

- Compliance to day to day notices received from Sales Tax, Service Tax, and Income Tax etc

- Providing of various data to the department as per the requirement.

- Providing of replies to various pending assessments

Assessments :

- Getting the data from various sources to the department.

- Follow-up with the departments and consultants in getting refunds, filing of appeals, and ensuring all details required by department are duly and accurately submitted.

- Audit Schedules for Statutory & Tax authorities

- Preparation of Tax schedules to be provided to statutory/Internal Auditors

- Ensuring proper Documentation required under SOX/ICFR

- Preparing the schedule requirement under Service tax, Income tax as & when received notices from them with the support of SSC.

- Ensuring that the Audits of Tax Departments are completed smoothly and no undue discrepancy and enquiry made on account of non-providing of information or otherwise.

- Support SSC in ensuring preparation of Statutory records including Sales/Service Tax Records eg F Form / C Form Register, road permit utilisations etc

- Service Tax Records like Cenvat Register and other necessary documents for Filing.

- Preparation and Printing of Quarterly C & F forms

- Maintenance of Statutory Tax Records

- Support & review SSC in reconciliation & deposit of all statutory returns in time including: VAT Returns, WCT returns, Service tax returns, FBT Returns, Income tax returns.

- Liase with the various consultants related to compliance and provide necessary support

- Filling of Returns & Deposit of Taxes

- Take care of all reporting for internal stakeholders

- Value add analysis supporting business

- Forecasting & controlling annual budget & cashflow related to compliance bucket

- Consultant Management

- Act as an compliance advisor for business
