Managing Existing Plants and New Green Field Plants in Pipe-Line

Audit the existing TPM implementation as per Audit Protocol.

Identification, facilitation and training of improvement projects.

Support in developing Loss deployment matrix across the organization. (Cost, quality, productivity, material, dispatch, Safety, customer complaint etc)

Driving the "Six Sigma matrix" and reporting to all the stake holders.

Also, ensuring team participation in internal as well as external competition.

Participate in a business simplification initiative.

Participate in a manufacturing cost-reduction initiative.

Candidate Requirement :

B.E / MBA ( preferred )

TPM / BLACK BELT Certified / Lean Management is a must

Should have worked in Plant Level dynamics, Should have handled 2 / 3 plants .

Good understanding of Performance & Processes
