- Responsible for day to day service delivery of the team   - Deliver HR reports with utmost confidentiality in a timely and accurate manner   - Maintain employee information and update the HR database with the same   - Prepare and maintain monthly reports including new hire, termination, employee lists, transfers, promotions, background screening etc. ensuring accuracy, compliance and confidentiality   - Ensuring high quality service and client satisfaction.   - Raise new hire requests and publish job postings on the Company website   - Salary & Leave administration of all employees   - Maintain & publish up to date org charts across regions   - Create employee credentials for logging into the HR portal   - Monthly, Annual and any need based MIS that may be required for any Review   - Lead discussion with groups to outline internal process issues if any   - This is a individual contributor Role  Qualifications :  - Should have excellent communication skills  - 6 - 9 years of experience   - Excellent command in MS Excel and MS Access   - Knowledge/Experience of PeopleSoft and other similar HR software will be preferred   - M.B.A. or Master's in a relevant discipline
