Deputy Manager/Manager - HR - Mfg

Responsibilities:

The incumbent will be responsible for:

- Recruitment

- Learning & Development

- Performance Management System

- Employee Engagement

- Statutory and IR

- HR Operations

- He/ She will report to the Business Head. It is a Corporate HR Manager role or Business Partner role.

Experience: 5-10 years of experience in HR with 2-3 years of experience in Generalist role managing a team.
