Deputy Manager - Legal - Telecom

We are currently hiring for a renowned Telecom Firm that requires an Advocate passed out from a reputed law school to be based in their regional corporate office at Chennai.

Job Description :

- Supporting Legal Head in Legal operations.

- Ensure smooth Business continuity, manage/resolve issues.

- Conflict and dispute resolution.

- Drafting Agreements, contracts, pleadings and documents.

- Advisory and Compliance.

- Coordinating with External legal counsels.

Essentials :

- Excellent legal acumen

- First Class Graduation/Post Graduation in Law from a reputed law school/university with a total of 5 years of corporate experience.

- Understanding of TRAI Act, Telegraph Act, Telecom Licenses, TRAI Regulations, Directions, Tariff Orders, Employment, Contracts & Tax Laws.

- Knowledge of Tamil (Written and Verbal) is a must.
