For one of our client, a Leading Financial Services Firm, we are seeking a Deputy Manager - HR
Position: Deputy Manager - HR
Education: MBA/PG in HR
Location: Mumbai
Profile: Support the Talent Acquisition function along with yearly PMS activity
Key responsibilities
Position will be responsible for:
- Building the talent pipeline across senior levels and critical roles.
- Implement and drive results through innovative ways of acquiring talent like social media, etc.
- Managing full resourcing life-cycle from forecasting, planning and delivering the best fit resources
- Excellent time management skills with proven ability to work accurately and quickly prioritize, coordinate and consolidate tasks, whilst simultaneously managing the diverse range of function from multiple sources
- Responsible for smooth on-boarding of employees, documentation and verification
- Identify and develop technology and process changes resulting in increased process efficiency and productivity
- Responsible for liaison with vendors, business managers and other key stakeholders.
- Supporting Great Place to Work initiatives to enhance the employee experience about the work place
- Supporting the Performance Management activity for the business.
