Salary Offered : 10-13 LPA  Requirement is :  - CA with 6-9 years of post qualification manufacturing experience  - ICWA with 7-9 years of post qualification manufacturing experience  Reporting :  Administratively to : Plant Head  Functionally to : Head Finance & Accounts  Responsiblities includes :  - Preparation of MIS, Financial statement   - Statutory compliance   - Direct and Indirect tax assessment   - Budget preparation and tracking   - Tracking and controlling cost   - Monitor Customer and Vendor reconciliation and their settlement   - Monitor Inventory accounting   - Monitor FA accounting and FA register   - Process and follow-up of Export benefits   - This position will manage a team of 2 people  Essential Skills :   - Good Communication skill   - Knowledge of SEZ is must   - Manufacturing background, preferably auto ancillary industry   - Persuasive and result oriented   Desired Skills :   - Team management of 2 people
