Expat Management:  - End to end administration of inbound/outbound international assignees  - Contract letter finalization, Immigration and visa process   - Pre and post joining formalities and documentation  - Payroll processing, salary reimbursements, Taxation monthly and year-end  - Drafting and rolling out of policies/ benefits as per business requirements and market benchmarks  - Regular review of polices basis feedback/market data etc,   - Policy awareness for the target group  Compensation & Benefits Management;  - Assist Function Head in compensation structure designing  - Assist in the annual job matching exercise for various positions during the compensation benchmark surveys  - Collate and share compensation and benefits data with C&B survey partners  - Collate monthly provisions for the HR team and share the same with Finance  - Handle queries from the Finance team on the same
