OFFERED CTC : 8L to 9L p.a, depending upon current CTC.
POSITION : Deputy Manager HR (Talent Management)
INDICATIVE JOB PROFILE :
- Develop and implement HR policies to create and sustain a work culture aligned with Values.
- Behavioral Training and Development ( Identification, mapping, execution)
- Align HR Strategy with Business Objectives
- Ensure effective implementation of Performance Management System.
REQUIREMENTS :
- The candidate should have at least 4-5 years of experience into Talent Management, looking into PMS,training and development,organisation development and learning and development.
- Knowledge of Oracle MS is desired.
- Full Time MBA is mandatory from a reputed institute
