About Client :   One of the leading MNCs having operations over 5 decades in India.   Position Name : Deputy Head Human Resources/ Director Human Resources  Reports to : Group Head Human Resources   Location : Mumbai  Role Purpose : The incumbent will be responsible for supporting the Group HR Head in strategic direction and support of all human resources activities aligned to and in support of all the businesses in India.   Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities :   - Develop and implement strategic HR plans to support the business requirements and address key functional HR areas, including Organization Effectiveness, Succession Planning, Staffing/Recruiting, Training and Development, Compensation and Benefits, Organization Design, Change Management.   - Ensure company policies are communicated, understood and adhered to by all employees, at all times.   - Keep abreast of external environment for emerging compensation trends, regulatory changes, best practices and advises the stakeholders as appropriate.   - Develop & implement effective policies and procedures that focus on increasing organizational capacity and improving operational efficiency and productivity.   Professional Expertise :   - Candidate should have 15 - 20 years of experience in leading HR function of large sales driven organizations (FMCG, Pharma, Telecom)  - Management Graduate from premier B-Schools only   - Team-oriented leadership; flexibility,resourcefulness,decisiveness,ability to build and maintain positive relationships.   - Excellent Communications skills: Good command of written and verbal communication.   - Good listening skills: must be able and willing to listen to other people's opinion.   - A good team player with good analytical & problem solving skills.
