Managing the end to end recruitment activities and updating the recruitment softwares. Managing the recruitment requirements of the organisation. Facilitating employee engagement activities. The profile would involve 70% Talent Acquisition and 30% Generalist responsibilities.  Responsibilities  - Talent acquisition - discover and attract excellent talent in the market as per the organisation's growth needs.  - Managing the team and various business stakeholders.  - Responsible for extensive reporting.  - Manage and support transactions related to onboarding of new employees, status changes for existing employees.  - Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, etc).  - Managing recruitment related softwares.  - Facilitate employee engagement activities.  - May perform other responsibilities as assigned.  Desired Skills and Experience :  Qualifications & Experience :   - Graduate in any stream & preferably a Post Graduate in HR.  - Minimum of 5 to 8 years of related experience  - Particular Aptitudes/Skills - Exceptional Communication Skills, Strong Networking Skills, Strong Persuasion Skills, Effective Negotiation Skills, Impactful Presentation Skills.
