Deputy General Manager - Human Resource - Telemedia - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS

Looking for Dy General Manager HR in Hyderabad for a leading telemedia company.

Qualification required : Candidate who has completed full time MBA in HR from Premier B-School Only need to apply.

Industry : Candidate having work exposure to any consumer centric industry (FMCG/CD, Retail, Logistics, E-Commerce, Pharma Etc) can apply.

Responsibilities :

- Business partnering, Manpower planning and recruitment.

- Change management interventions on structure, policies and processes, Organisation development with a huge focus on culture building.

- Driving Employee Engagement via planned interventions

- Responsible for complete Talent Management, identifying talent and putting them in right learning path.

- Taking up the capability table of the organisation in terms of relevant learning - needs addressing current as well as future need gaps .

- Responsible for instituting an HR excellence model in the area of HR operations.

- Will be responsible for end to end HR and work closely with Business Heads on people.
