Experience/Relevant Experience of 6-10 years
Age : Not more that 35 years
Job Role :
- To prepare salary parity/increment of all employees and get approval from HR Head
- Roll out Annual appraisal process for all employees at circle level
- Restructure salary and issue letters of all on roll employees as per the guidelines.
- To prepare increment/fitment of employees
- Maintain Tracker of Bonus Payout
- Calculate Sales Incentive Payout and maintain Sales Performance Tracker
- Implement HR policy related to employee benefit
- Prepare promotion letters and get approval from HR Head and Business Head.
- Process Payroll of on-roll employees on monthly basis
- Issue Appraisal Forms - Anniversary & Confirmation on time
- Follow up with the function to submit it on time.
- Ensure fairness in rating and follow Bell Curve in departments
- Maintain & update Employee list on daily basis.
- Sense information about employees through various sources
- Issue warning letters to undisciplined/absconding employees.
- Follow up for inter-functional & Inter Circle transfer
- Issue various certificates to employees as per their need
- Policy clarification to employees
- Complete final clearance of left employees
