Deputy General Manager - HR

A large promoter driven organisation in lifestyle/wellness business wants to strengthen their HR team by hiring smart, confident, self motivated HR professionals at a leadership level :

- The role involves handling end-to-end HR for 3000 employess pan-India

- Should have hands-on experience of handling a HR Generalist role for a large employee base (minimum 1000)

- Should be able to grow and mentor a team. Should have managed a team before.

- Should be open to travelling to be in touch with the pulse of the organisation

Reports to the Business Head and the Group HR Head
