Deputy General Manager/Head - Retail Sales & Marketing

Urgently Required Retail Head with minimum 15 years of experience in retail sales for Chennai Location reporting to the Sales and Marketing Head form the above mentioned industry.

Responsibilities :

- Led Sales (Sell in/Sellout) & SCM teams in meeting in both the top line and bottom line objectives and have aligned the cross functional support teams, in meeting market demands.

- Guided partners on the Annual Business Planning of INR 450 Crores turnover per annum and have delivered business sustained mutual growth results of annual growth rate of 25% YoY.

- Directed new launch initiatives of the different product groups & supported partners to Plan, Organize & Execute marketing initiatives amounting to 2% of the annual turnover to synergize with the sellout drive sizing to INR 600 Crores.

- Designed product schemes to sustain partner- interest in profitability & delivered companies expectation on the planned growth of different product segments.

- Engaged in various market initiatives for Channel health in Profit Pricing & Channel Hygiene.
