We are currently looking to hire a GM HR for a a Global MNC to be based out of Bangalore
Job Title : DGM/GM HR
Reports to : Chairman & Managing Director
Educational Qualification :
- Graduate in any discipline
- Post graduate with qualification in HR
Experience :
- 18+ years in HR in an MNC
Accountabilities :
- Manage all recruitment and selection activities
- Manage the compensation and benefits process, ensuring appropriate compensation & benefits packages is administered with consistency
- Develops and maintains the training plan.
- Provides support and guidance to Managers on all HR issues
- Develops suitable retention strategies and ensures appropriate training, performance appraisal and succession planning processes
- Provides support and guidance to the management in solving organisational issues
- Develops and implements HR policies and procedures in line with corporate policies and local regulations
- Ensures compliance to statutory laws applicable to employees required for the business in India
- Administers payroll as per laid down procedures
- Coordinates and administers the ICT
- Any other responsibility assigned by the CMD as per business requirements
