Job Title : Deputy General Manager / General Manager - Human Resources
Reports to : Head - Human Resources
Education : MBA in HR from Tier 1 / 2 college (preferred)
Experience :
- 12 - 15 years of progressively more responsible positions in human resources, preferably in a similar industry.
- Experience supervising and managing a professional staff.
- Experience as a trusted resource as a member of a senior level executive team.
- Experience in multiple locations and globally is a plus
Job Purpose :
- Proactively supporting all aspects of strategic and tactical HR support. This includes providing strategic and operational HR advice, coaching, development and support to the functional businesses unit, acting as the single point of contact for the leaders and serving as a point of contact for all people related issues, Manage a workforce of 500+ employees
Job Responsibilities :
- Develops organization strategies by identifying and researching human resources issues, contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to organization strategic thinking and direction, establishing human resources objectives in line with organizational objectives.
- Implement human resources strategies by establishing department accountabilities, including talent acquisition, payroll & statutory compliance, compensation & benefits, training and development, records management, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations and retention
- Develop human resources operations financial strategies by estimating, forecasting, and anticipating requirements, trends, and variances, aligning monetary resources, developing action plans; measuring and analyzing results; initiating corrective actions; minimizing the impact of variances.
- Support management by providing human resources advice, counsel, and decisions, analyzing information and applications
