Apply conflict management skills to facilitate resolution, Guide management on disciplinary and termination procedures.  - Compliance, Policies & Procedures   Change Management - Champion new initiatives. Lead cross functional strategic change projects to improve organizational effectiveness and efficiency.  - Drive the Performance Management process.
