Job Description:

- Performing monthly book close process as per US GAAP, maintaining books as per IGAAP and coordinating with statutory auditors.

- Ensure high quality Reporting and Accounting control.

- Monthly Analysis of financial performance, variances with Budget, Current estimates.

- Coach and Develop team for delivering superior results with complete business understanding through monthly feedback and communication sessions. To conduct training sessions for the team with the help of other experts( eg, ensuring comfort level of team in OBIEE reports, arranging other knowledge sharing sessions, etc.)

- Performance analysis of business on a monthly basis i.e. study of Past dues, Inventory, Inventory turns, DSO, node wise profitability etc.

- Monthly forecasting of financial performance including forecast for Manufacturing, Selling, Admin & Research expenses, inventory at monthly intervals

- Interaction with different stakeholders like Program/Product management, Global Pricing team for activities like

- Implementation of new discounts/ pricing structure: Price list Maintenance (Export and Domestic), Customer discount maintenance, Promo code process/SSA, Pricing management for Orders processing, ECO Workflow pricing - Product changes, Sox/Audit- Pricing controls within Revenue cycle

- Monthly review of Pricing and discount analysis with the team to ensure timely escalation of any alarming situation.

- Pricing process documentation.
