Deputy CTO - Network Platform - Telecom

- Experience with Telecom Operator/ Vendors at leadership positions on Field level operation & maintenance activities of Core Telecom Network platforms/systems, Service delivery platforms, applications nodes and IT servers platforms and capable of leading strong engineering professionals across the multiple discipline.

- Competence in Operation & Maintenance of Core network platform/systems of SGSN/GGSN,EPC, CS/NGN/IMS/Wifi/FTTX,IP

- Knowledge on Telecom Network Signaling & protocols (SIP, Diameter, MAP), IP Networking, Service Call flows, Service Quality monitoring, Customer Experience.

- Multi Technology expertise in the area of IMS, Packet Core, IP/MPLS.

- Understanding on Indian regulatory frame works and Good exposure in current emerging technologies.

- Desirable Certifications : VoIP/NGN/EPC /IP Networking Certifications and any Certification related to Telecom shall be an added advantage.

- Responsible to lead the team in providing Operation management for Core Network ( EPC, Wi-fi &FTTx Core, IMS ) Platform/service nodes and end to end service Delivery/Assurance.

- Shall ensure proactive and preventive maintenance activities to ensure that services are continuously available as per defined SLA performance levels, grouping the activities that require 24x7 executions.

- Responsible for Day-To-Day operational Planning, Node Integration, Commissioning & ATP, Network performance & Database upkeep.

- Shall be an interfacing with DOT, Regulatory, Govt. agencies & other operators for Network related issues.

- Shall be interacting with other RJIL local & NHQ teams for fulfilling the core Network operational Responsibility.
