Deputy Chief Manager - Branch Operation

- Supervising and Monitoring activities of Central Branch Operations team which include IT projects of Branch Operation, Audits, devising training program, providing information on processes to branches, preparation of various MIS for monitoring of critical objectives of the department and smooth inward processing.

- Central Branch Ops – Responsibilities include Process Reviews and Controls, Implementation of Audit Recommendations, TAT and Error Monitoring, Championing IT initiatives (department specific), MIS Reporting (Management and Regulator), TQM Implementation, Training, Query Resolution and Change Management

- Managing the entire operations of the E-Insurance Channel.

- Educate branches on the standards to be followed for error reduction.

- Minimizing operational lapse through which company faces transactional or operational control risk by implementing various IT system and processes.

- Coordinate with other departments for completion of activities pertaining to regulatory requirement
