About our Client: Our client is a giant in the healthcare industry, with rapid expansion plans not only in India but globally as well- they are looking to double their turnover in the next 2 years. For this reason, they are currently looking for a second in line for their Group CFO to be based out of their India HQ.

Job Description: Reporting into the Group CFO, you will be leading a team of 40 and will be responsible for:

- Leading all Finance and Accounting for the India business

- Leading all M&A activities the Group pursues in the future

- Working closely with the promoters to drive business growth

- Team development and succession planning for the India Finance team

The Successful Candidate:

- You are a CA with minimum of 16+ years experience post qualification

- Experience in promoter driven set up ideally over 5000 cr + (Service Industry)

- Managing finances of a Listed company as well as M&A

- High on energy, dynamic personality with good analytical skills
