Responsibilities and accountabilities of the position:
- Strong Cadence Management, Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly planning reviews, Region Ops cadence, Biz Review - T1 & Product, Channel Review - RD & VAR, Marketing / 4P Review, Alliance Partners Interlock, 4P Plan Review, Quarterly QBRs, Quarterly ramp-up plan calendar, Cross-functional interlocks, Funnel Reviews
- Inventory Management Review with channel/ product/field team.
- Roll up of Weekly bottom up commits into Sub region commit
- Channel Capacity tracking (HQ level)
- KPI dashboard monitoring
- Business interlocks
- Root cause analysis
- Quarterly Target setting - Sales plan targets, operation targets (T1, T2, sub-region, verticals)
- Annual winter planning
Other dimensions :
- Increase efficiency of process via Automation
- MIS and Business reporting
- Analytical skills
- Play a significant role in long and short-term strategy planning
- Develop Scorecards for LT team
Specifications and requirements:
Education/ Qualification :
- Bachelor's Degree
- Master's Degree / MBA
Work experience :
- Min.10 years of which at least 6 years in sales- operation experience preferably with the PC industry
Key functional/technical competencies :
- Microsoft Excel expert
- Microsoft PPT is a must
- Access is a strong desire
- Capable and comfortable with quickly learning and exploiting data inside Lenovo Systems
- Statistical analysis a plus
- Managing information and turning it into knowledge better than most.
