They are currently looking to recruit a Demand Planning Manager (Head), based out of their Corporate HQ in Mumbai.  Job Descriptions --  Reporting to the Supply Chain Director, you will be responsible for -  - Developing and implementing the demand planning process for the company across different business lines  - Work with the Sales, Marketing and Supply Planning team to resolve any demand related queries  - Develop the "Consensus Forecast" for the company after co-ordination with all relevant stakeholders  - Using advanced statistical/analytical tools to develop a more accurate forecast  - Reviewing business performance viz a viz the forecast and making recommendations to the business  - Drive continuous improvement across the entire supply chain by suggesting improvements  The Successful Applicant --  - You will be a post graduate in Operations Management/Logistics/Supply Chain/Engineering with around 10 years of experience in total.   - Around 5-7 years or experience in forecasting roles is a must.   - The client is looking for someone with experience in the FMCG, CD, Pharma, F&B Retail industry.   - You will have excellent communication/interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
