- Engage with clients (banks, NBFCs and financial institutions) at various levels and ensure project execution as per project plan   - Independently drive and execute projects for banking and financial services firms   - Plan projects and ensure project execution within agreed time and effort estimates   - Enhance current solutions and / or developing new solutions based on market needs and client requirements   - Conduct system evaluations, selection and implementation for various systems   General requirements   - At least one or two major implementation bank treasury experience with focus on technology including treasury management systems such as Calypso, Murex, Reuters Electronic Trading, SunGard, Misys.  - Experience from treasury transformations, vendor selections, TMS implementations   - Good working knowledge of cash management, FX, Debt capital markets and interest rate risk management   - Experience and good knowledge of system implementations lifecycles.   - Knowledge of development programming languages an added advantage
