Deloitte Salesforce Practice

Deloitte's Salesforce.com practice is housed within the Emerging Technology service line. As a Global Strategic Partner of Salesforce.com, which is the highest level of alliance partnership, Deloitte's Salesforce.com practice is one of the fastest growing practice within the Technology Consulting service area.

With a team of more than 600+ dedicated Salesforce practitioners based out of Deloitte India and Deloitte US India offices, we assist clients in undertaking CRM transformation engagements leveraging the cutting edge platform and applications of Salesforce.com. Our team members work in close association with our clients in solving some of their complex business challenges in the area of Sales, Service and Marketing. Deloitte has delivered more than 500 salesforce engagements globally.

Within India we have started our practice about a year and half back and have successfully delivered Salesforce.com implementation for a large telecom client, a large global pharmaceutical client and leading media house. Our practitioners are trained and certified on the cloud applications and platform of Salesforce.com. We have a vibrant practitioner community who are continuously engaged in developing Point of View's (POV), pre-built solution, assets and accelerators for our focus industries and clients.

Roles and Responsibilities

A Salesforce Business Manager should have - :

- Experience as Technical architect.

- 2 to 3 end to end SFDC implementation experince in India or globally

- Ability to understand requirements and prepare effort estimates and overall system design.

- Should have managed clients and lead a multi member team on the last few projects.

- Demonstrated project discipline and experience. Must be organized, focused, and driven toward established deliverable dates.

- Aware of implementation best practices on Force.com platform and Salesforce.

- Ability to conduct code reviews for junior team members and suggest improvisations in the code aligning to the best practices.

- Handling a team and also responsible for client deliverables.

- Extensive experience in solution design, client management, client demo, conducting design & development workshops.

- In depth understanding of SFDC Sales Cloud, Service Cloud Implementations.

- Proven track record in leading the SFDC team and implementation projects

Eligibility criteria and requirements:

- Extensive experience in solution design, client management, client demo, conducting design & development workshops

- Overall experience 10 years, relevant SFDC experience 5+ years

- Graduate degree (Science or Engineering) from premier institutes

- Willingness to travel for short and long term durations

Work Location - Gurgaon or Mumbai
