Position title: Manager - Outsourcing Advisory Services

Major responsibilities & deliverables:

Key Responsibilities:

- Understanding of IT Services & Outsourcing Space

- Exposure to global best practices related to sourcing strategy

- Developing Strategic Technology roadmap & Sourcing Strategies

- Experience in structuring large deals

- Strong experience on Solutioning & Commercials

- Interacting with top leadership to define & implement outsourcing strategy

- Deep understanding of Technology landscape

Good to have :

- Experience in setting up shared services centre.

Skills Required:

- Strong interpersonal skills with high levels of enthusiasm and a good team player.

- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment

- Demonstrated ability to lead by influence, including the delivery of cross functional and transformation projects

- Ability to empathize with clients and to work to demanding timeframes/deadlines.

- Excellent communication skills

Qualifications required:

- MBA from Premier Business Schools

- Commerce / Science / Engineering background from a premier institute

Experience required, Any Specific Industry / Company exposure:

- 7-10 years - experience across consulting and industry roles

- Preference for at least 2 years - experience in a leading Management consulting firm
