Skills Required:

For Manager -

1. Minimum 8 plus years of experience in IT consulting preferably with a big 4 or equivalent

2. Experience in leading one or more of the following IT Advisory engagements like -

IT Strategy & Roadmap, Enterprise Architecture, IT Governance, Application Portfolio Rationalization, Program Management, SOA, IT Outsourcing

3. Knowledge of key industry trends in BFSI and/or CPG domain or Telecom

4. Deep knowledge of technology trends - mobility, social, big data, cloud and ability to apply the same to BFSI or CPG domain or Telecom

5. Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills

6. Ability to work individually in unknown situations with strong drive towards customer satisfaction

7. Strong knowledge and application of IT Governance and EA frameworks

8. TOGAF / SOA/ Architecture Certifications will be an added advantage
