Role/Job Description:

Support Clients' Security Organization and Our Global Security Operations team requests, security incidents; to prepare reports and note follow up action until closure

Facilitate in the cyber threat research and knowledge acquisition activities (such as malware, zero-day exploits, botnets, phishing sites etc.)

Support in the vulnerability and patch management operational processes that includes discovery of vulnerabilities through scanning tools, prioritization of vulnerabilities and communication with client stakeholders in managing these vulnerabilities along with corrective actions.

Monitor System and Network Inspection tools, SIEM, IDS/IPS etc. and identify potential threats affecting the client environment and generate client specific threat reports (as per the incident level defined for the organization)

Support the secure implementation, change management and configuration management operations and procedures of Client organization infrastructure devices (firewall, routers, switches, proxies etc.) operating systems (clients and servers), databases, applications utilizing industry leading practices and procedures.

Conduct threat research and document the threat details with potential implications and mitigation steps.

Support in creation of security related general and technical presentations and documentation (vulnerability/threat statistics, compliance reports, risk dashboards, security metrics etc.) for internal as well as Client executive briefings.

Key Skills:

Candidate should have overall 3+ years of information technology (IT) experience in supporting Security Operations preferably in a Global Delivery Support services delivery model.

Capable of solving emerging/complex security incidents as per client organization SLAs. Have track record in handling security requirements in day to day operations. Have good technical and analytical skills to deal with problem and incident management. Communicate the problem statement and solution approach effectively

Must have an exposure to Security Solutions/Complex Security Operational environments (tools and processes).

Exposure to Security Operations involving technologies such as SIEM (ArcSight ESM, RSA enVision, QRadar) Firewall (Cisco, Juniper, Checkpoint), Content Filtering Systems (Websense, Ironport, Blue Coat), Intrusion Detection and Prevention Systems (Snort, Cisco, McAfee), Antivirus (McAfee, Symantec), Threat Management Solutions (FireEye, Mandiant, Netwitness), Data Loss Protection (RSA, Symantec), GRC Solutions (Archer, Open Pages) etc.

Experience: 3- 8 Years
