Please find the details below.  Position title: Consultant - Captive / Shared Services  Major responsibilities & deliverables: -   - Assisting clients in shared services operating model design, planning, deployment and management lifecycle including governance and service management  - Assisting in developing alternative shared services delivery models including captive centers, joint ventures, spin-offs, and hybrid sourcing relationships  - Assisting in business diagnosis and planning activities  - Assisting in managing process transition, knowledge transfers & process reengineering  - Assisting in designing of reporting requirements for operational reports, service level requirements and process KPIs  - Assisting in conducting business case analysis for shared services programs  - Assisting in firm level activities - business development, developing tools, accelerators, thought leadership  - Assisting in setting-up/ scaling-up of shared service centers  - Assisting in Cost optimization, Location strategy, Operating model design, Organization structure design, Supplier governance model design, Vendor evaluation, Contract management, Benchmarking studies  Skills Required: - Experience in business operations, systems evaluation, and enterprise architecture and supplier governance  - Knowledge of service portfolio management and outsourcing supplier governance including procurement services, contract management, vendor management, supplier governance model design, and implementation or optimization  - Deep expertise in one of finance, HR, IT operations/ processes   - Deep expertise in one of Banking, Financial services, Retail, Telecom industries  - Exposure to global best practices related to sourcing strategy, Location assessment, Vendor Evaluation  - Demonstrated ability to lead by influence, including the delivery of cross functional and transformation projects  - Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment  - Strong interpersonal skills with high levels of enthusiasm and a good team player  - Ability to empathize with clients and to work to demanding timeframes/deadlines  - Excellent verbal and written communication skills   - Job requires extensive travel   Qualifications required: -   Masters: MBA from Tier-1 Business School (IIMs / ISB / XLRI etc.)  - Bachelors: Commerce / Science / Engineering background from a premier institute
