Deloitte's Organization Transformation & Talent (OT&T) service line focuses on aligning people strategies with business strategies and address the human factors affecting an organization's ability to reach their transformation objectives.

Our service offerings are broadly categorized as:

- Advisory Services (including Organization Design, Strategic Change and Talent Strategies)

Organization Design - assisting senior executives using organization perspectives and methods to execute business strategies, improve operations and performance, and optimize roles and responsibilities.

Strategic Change - assisting in the implementation of strategy, business initiatives, and organizational and cultural changes for leadership alignment, change leadership, stakeholder and employee engagement, large scale program design, organization performance, and communications.

Talent Strategies - focusing on a comprehensive Talent Management approach defining the Talent Strategy for an organization and implementing Talent Solutions that enable them to acquire, fully deploy and engage their people to achieve strategic business objectives.

Consultant:

Roles and Responsibilities:

A Consultant at Deloitte is expected to contribute to the firm's growth and development in a variety of ways, including:

- Helping client teams to solve client issues by gathering required data, performing suitable analysis, and providing inputs to recommendations

- Supporting development of work plans for components of client engagements

- Participating in and supporting the delivery of defined project objectives

- Managing allotted workstreams in client projects and producing high quality deliverables

- Carrying out research and data collection to understand the problem for client organization

- Interviewing the client's employees, management team and other stakeholders

- Running focus groups and facilitating workshops

- Conducting analysis and present/ report findings

- Preparing business proposals and presentations

- Collaborating with others to share ideas and develop solutions

- Creating frameworks that support client focused engagements

- Defining activities to support change and transition initiatives

Eligibility criteria and requirements:

- 0 to 3 years of relevant experience in management or consulting oriented environment

- Post graduate degree in HR or equivalent

- Willingness to travel for short and long term durations
