Assistant Manager, Valuation Services - Gurgaon

This is your opportunity to join Deloitte's Valuation Services practice, including our new joint venture, aimed at serving our Canadian and UK member firms.

Working on high profile international assignments, you will have the opportunity to be involved in a wide variety of financial advisory projects, with a mix of both public and private company engagements, within a highly commercial, client focused environment.

As an Assistant Manager, you will:

- Support our Canadian, UK and India business valuation and intangible valuation practices

- Develop valuation models of varying complexities for international entities of differing sizes operating across a diverse range of industries

- Prepare various sections of valuation reports, as necessary

- Analyze and interpret financial and accounting data

- Work in a collaborative team analyzing client issues and recommending solutions

- Liaise with engagement team members in Canada, UK and India as required

- Prioritize your objectives and contribute to project execution and status reporting

- Perform industry and economic research

In order to be considered for this role, your competencies will cover the broad scope of Valuation services, leveraging your professional background and skills such as :

- Completed undergraduate degree with outstanding academic credentials

- 1-3 years of relevant valuations work experience

- CA / CMA / MBA / CFA (International) / CPA

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Advanced knowledge of Excel & Excel based modeling skills

- Proven analytical skills and systematic problem solving

- Knowledge of various Valuation techniques and desirable to have experience of undertaking valuation analysis

- Working knowledge of Capital IQ would be an asset

- Interest in working in a challenging and dynamic environment

- Strong commitment to professional client service excellence

- High quality interpersonal skills, integrity and credibility

- Ability to work with staff at all levels of the organization

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

- Interest in obtaining international experience
