Job Description:  - The Global Process Excellence lead will own and drive cross-site and cross-functional continuous improvement projects aligned with the Global Operations Strategic Objectives.   - Define an impactful Continuous Improvement program to drive improved performance in Quality, Service, and Efficiency. Optimize available resources through capacity planning and continuous improvement to maximize productivity  - In addition to general knowledge of Operational Excellence techniques, should also have subject matter expertise in the HR Ops owned processes  - Collaborate with departments applicable for the overall success of assigned projects  - Work collaboratively with HR Ops team leads to identify improvement opportunities, workflow efficiencies, etc.  - Lead and manage continuous improvement activities, ensuring that we have the processes, organization, and technology required to meet HR Ops strategies and objectives.  - Collaborate with key stakeholders to better understand joint opportunities to improve processes and reduce variation through improved logistics processes and capabilities  - Lead continuous improvement projects utilizing a variety of Operational Excellence Principles.  - Analyze existing operations, systems, and performance metrics to identify high value improvement opportunities  - Partner with stakeholder and relevant teams to drive focused improvements as appropriate.  - Assist the Global Service Operations and Quality Management Leadership in the establishment and monitoring of Strategic Objectives and Milestones.  - Identify, and implement best-in-class process automation tools, communication & collaboration tools, document sharing tools, as found relevant to the business  - Develop and maintain standard project management methodology and tools along with the Program and Project Management teams  - Provide project leadership, mentor project teams, and provide training in Lean and Six Sigma concepts as defined and required  - Responsible for providing business analysis, measurements, and reporting using internal data as well as independent external sources to measure the effectiveness of both current operations and specific project deliverables.  Scope of role:  Global role for the entire HR Ops business and as applicable for the rest of the HR organization  Position Reports to:  Global Service Operations and Quality Management Lead  Qualifications:  - Bachelor's Degree required; 12-15 years of relevant experience in Six Sigma or Lean processes implementation with a Black Belt Certification with experience in Strategic planning and development, project management, and process development
