Vision of Role:   The Individual is a key member of the PMCR (Project Management and Customer Relationship) function which is responsible to drive the Solution Delivery mechanism for the ACE (Auto Community Engagement) business of client across India.   The Key KRAs for this role are as follows:  - Driving Customer Project Economics  - Driving Customer Satisfaction Index  - Driving Customer Revenue Growth  - Monitoring a seamless LTSP Delivery Model  In essence, he/ she will be responsible to maintain the delivery model which will propel and sustain client's Operation model in a profitable, and highly customer centric manner while driving and also managing the various stakeholders (External/ Internal) in the business ecosystem.   Primary Responsibilities:  Following are the primary areas of focus that will be expected of this Individual.  - Project Management:  Possess good understanding of Business objectives, Vision and Strategy and drive the Tactical deliverables  Will be required to have a strong grasp in the Project Management space and working with multiple stakeholders of varying business functionalities  Able to identify and manage risks and opportunities with demonstrated capability to manage multiple projects  Will be responsible for defining and driving the Project Delivery Strategy, Planning and Roadmap in line with the Business Strategy  Must be extremely Techno Business savvy and able to understand and develop a synergy between Technology and Business  - Stakeholder Relations and Development:   Communicate with Stakeholders/ Customers (Internal and External) to understand the challenges faced, strategy and requirements for the solution, providing in-depth thinking and contributions to solution evolution.  Improve Internal Stakeholder collaboration and, establish strategic dialogue with key Customer(s)/ Partner(s)  - Team Management:  Strong team building, coaching and communication skills to lead and motivate teams in achieving goals; High motivation levels, with demonstrated leadership, product and project management, and communication skills with an ability to drive solutions  Coordinating with appropriate Business Segment and Functional Leaders to ensure proper budget, schedule and direction.  Candidate Requirements:  Should ideally come with 8-15 years of experience with a Master's Degree in Business Administration a definite plus  Extensive experience in a dynamic and constantly evolving Project Management ecosystem in the Public Sector space  (Preference, given to experience of working with projects wherein, the projects are not necessarily time-finite in nature)  Knowledge of Technology and Analytics is a definite plus  Experience of working in Projects with constant shifting of relationship dynamics, certain level of ambiguity is critical  Extensive experience of overseeing the implementation of a Solution plan at ground level (Prior experience of interacting with franchisee delivery partners is a significant plus)  Prior experience in managing the P&L of Verticals or, Business Units  Comprehend and expand with a 360 Degree understanding of the IoT Industry   High Entrepreneurial nature with a passion towards building processes/ systems/ frameworks from scratch  An extremely result oriented individual who thrives on a high pressure environment will feel right at home here
