Designation - Delivery Manager / Head

Exp: 15 + Years

Job Location: Hyderabad

Preferred Industry : Healthcare IT

Responsibilities :

Project Management :

Managing, delivering multiple projects for single or multiple clients as per agreed timelines, quality and budgets.

Responsible for complete project life cycle.

Proactively monitor, track multiple projects with a focus to mitigate potential risks related to timelines and quality.

Driving projects from design stage to release and smooth transition to production support and maintenance stages.

People management & stakeholder management within the organization and clients.

Adhere to clients- processes and metrics of performance and quality parameters.

Manage and drive reviews a regular or client defined intervals and track the actions till closure.

Client Management :

Be the point of contact on all delivery related aspects with the customer.

Implement the appropriate Governance & escalation model for all the projects/assignments.

Work on the service delivery improvements initiatives along with respective delivery.

Produce executive dash-board delivery status report on a weekly and monthly basis.

Provide pre-sales support as need be.

Preferred Background

Overall experience of 15 years in IT Services companies, preferably in Healthcare domain.

Program / Multiple projects management experience, preferably large engagements.

Strong exposure to Agile methodology, CMM and other quality processes.

Experience in people management of teams greater than 50

Must possess strong leadership skills.

Atleast 5 years- experience in client engagement, onsite or offshore.

Very strong analytical and problem solving skills.

Proven track record of managing and ensuring deliverables within agreed timelines and budgets.

Soft skills

Should possess strong communication skills.

Prior experience of stakeholder management.

Proactive listening and helping the client articulate and define business problems or requirements.

Exposure to presales and account management process.
