Job description:

Summary

As a Healthcare BPS Delivery head, responsible for

- Process performance on SLAs / Scorecards / KPIs

- Drive Process Improvements through Kaizen, Six Sigma projects and by imparting domain knowledge to the teams.

- Meet and exceed stated Project Revenue & Margins, identifying and driving margin improvement initiatives

- Customer Satisfaction / Employee Satisfaction

- Working to grow the existing business penetration (EN business), Take strategic decisions in this regard

- Addressing all customer escalations and represent the co.'s Management in all key client governance forums such as MBR / QBR- s, etc.

- Delivering high value service in the payer space which includes Data Entry, Call Center and BG Verification with a multi-million revenue

- Recommend Business Transformation & Optimization opportunities.

- Design & Recommend business performance metrics.

- Define Input dependencies for successful delivery

- Ensuring process compliance with various standards like ISO 9001, eSCM etc.

- Staffing & Capacity planning
