Looking for profiles with strong Project delivery, Quality Management, Resource effort and project budgeting and costing, Resource recruitment, Training, Appraisals, Business development, Mentor ship skills  Must Have an Engineering Degree - B.E/B.TECH  Job Location: Pune  Responsibilities:  - Managing effective deployment of technology in all the group companies.  - Managing SAP full cycle implementations, Roll Out and enhancements, corporate training in various capacities and different modules.  - Detailed Project Planning and finalization of requirements and specifications as per the requirements of stake-holders.  - Preparation of technical specifications & scope and deliverers, resource and timelines estimates based on requirements generated during Due diligence of the project.   - Co-coordinating estimations, techno-commercial evaluations, contract negotiations etc.  - Manage the other Software Development and enhancement projects  - The primary responsibility is to lead the project team comprising of functional and technical consultants.  - Proactively collaborates with teammates to anticipate and respond to issues that could impact solution deployment.  - Track progress and review project tasks to meet project deadlines.  - Asses project issues and identify solutions to meet productivity, quality and customer goals.  - Conducted project meeting regarding the development of Change Request   - Prepared the training plan and guided the team to prepare the training materials and manuals.  - Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stake holders  - Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions.  - Development of Functional Testing with Functional Specification designing  - Responsible for sign off on Unit Test, System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Test  - Facilitated group meetings with our team and other applications team to evolve integrated solutions  - Regular project reporting and communication with Team, Project steering members and client  - Manage client expectations and escalation management  - Conducting Weekly meeting with client and providing Auditing with Weekly Status Report  Kaushal Mehra
