Commercial Cards is also one of the fastest growing business within, our mission is to become the provider of choice for large multinationals/public sector and the industry's largest proprietary global issuer of commercial cards.  Commercial Cards Technology, Pune Delivery Head is responsible for managing the software delivery of Commercial Cards application projects delivered out of its Pune offshore center. This role is also responsible for managing the Pune based vendor delivery.  Job Scope :  - Software development management - Highly motivated individual capable of working through all phases of the software development life cycle   - People management - build & lead the Commercial Cards technology Pune offshore delivery team including (not limited to) defining roles & responsibilities, hiring, coaching, motivating team   - Vendor management - be the contact person representing Commercial Cards Technology team on vendor management: e.g. price negotiation, staff on-boarding/off-boarding,   - Governance & process - establish and own a collaborative governance model and process for the Commercial Cards technology U.S. and Pune team   - Liaison for local product and operation- be the technology point person facing local business, gather requirements, resolve issues and provide regular updates.  Qualification :  - 10 to 15 years of software development experiences   - 5 to 10 years of management experiences in handling sizable software development teams   - Strong project management & delivery skills   - Good people management and stakeholder management skills   - Past experiences in banking industry and specifically Commercial Cards technology is a strong plus   - Exceptional communication, negotiation, influencing and persuasion skills   - Ability to multi-task and adapting to a challenging, fast-paced, dynamic environment   - Experiences in working with large global organization with matrix structure is a plus   - Technical experience with Java / J2EE, SQL, ETL, Web applications and Data Warehouse applications preferred.  Educational Background: BE/ ME/ M.Tech/ B.Tech/ MCA/ MSC IT/ MSC computers or relevant field
