Responsible to:
- To identify qualified prospects and effectively present the key features and benefits of our projects and secure their participation as delegates/sponsors.
- To initiate and maintain timely follow-ups with new clients under minimal supervision.
- To aim at attaining pre-determined sales targets in assigned regions and industry categories.
- To develop prospective customers contact database (Lead Database).
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Generate delegate sales revenue in line with agreed targets & objectives
- Utilize telephone solicitation, electronic and written correspondence as tools in order to reach and exceed the delegates target for each conferences
- Work with sales manager to ensure agreed KPIs are met on a consistent basis
- Be a strong, positive, customer focused sales executive when dealing with our clients
- Work well in a team environment giving ideas and working collectively with all members to grow your division.

- Selling to senior decision makers on the phone
- Having the ability to handle objections and negotiating
- Meeting and exceeding targets
- Conducting market research to identify and generate new leads
- Liaising with internal management as well as externally with clients to deliver a consistent message for each event.
- Problem solving skills - arriving at decisions which help the business move forward.
- Strong sales approach.
- The drive and determination to succeed within a highly competitive environment.
Minimum Salary offered: 7 LPA
