Their problem solving teams comprise a mix of domain experts, decision scientists and engineers that work closely with clients to create relevant, actionable and scaled solutions and help implement them.   Job Title: Decision Scientist, Digital Analytics Program   Location: Bangalore, with moderate travel visit to client locations   Overview:   - Developing sector specific Attribution Modeling Algorithms for digital campaigns, building out to cross overs to offline campaigns   Experience (Years): 7-10 years with 2-3 years of core digital modeling experience.   Candidates having experience in digital attribution modeling with bayesian analysis will be given preference  Specific Industry (if any): Services industry eCommerce, online retailing, banking, insurance   Qualification : Engineering / Decision Sciences Degree from a premier institution   Specific Skill Set:   - Attribution modeling experience across ad logs, weblogs and CRM data.   - Experience in Demand Side and Data Management Platforms.
