- Overall responsibility Accounts and Finance Function.  - Monthly MIS Reporting to management.  - Preparation of need based reports as per requirements of Management.  - Preparation of Annual Budgets, monitoring and Reporting of variances.  - Preparing costing.  - Handling fixed assets  - Process improvement  - Compilation of Financials and other reports for submission to Banks as per loan covenants.  - Attending and assisting in Statutory audits under Companies Act as well as Audits required.  - . Ensuring legal compliances as per the Central and local laws.  - Handling Assessments and other work arising in the course of above laws.  - Responsible for Accounts Payable and Receivable.  Working on SAP is must.
