Key Accountabilities :  - Collaborate with various stakeholders including Group HO to implement and administer the various reward and recognition programs  - Support Continuous improvement in reward and recognition process  - Interpret taxation, regulatory statutes and modify compensation policies to ensure compliance  - Monitor compensation trends and review market data to benchmark compensation structures  - Own the annual compensation bench marking process  - Extend support in the performance and salary review exercises  - Provide consultation, guidance, and support to HR partners and managers on compensation-related issues, such as market analysis, databases  - Own the recognition budget and programs  - Support the annual budgeting cycle  Job Duties & Responsibilities :  - Provides year round support for compensation & benefits processes, systems and/or projects.  - Serves as the primary local contact in regards to compensation system issues, compensation review process and preparation of reports and data analysis.   - Interact with external compensation & benefits consultants to both acquire market information on trends and best practices that can be leveraged for the enhancement of our compensation strategies, and provide data for periodic survey participation   - Manage effective communication of Total Rewards philosophy, strategy and guidelines to stakeholders and partners.   Qualifications & Required Experience :  - Overall at least 10-12 years in HR / Compensation, preferably with a Multinational / Domestic Bank or financial institution.   - Post graduate HR qualification and evidence of continued professional development.  Core Competencies :  - Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs  - Demonstrate quantitative skill  - Demonstrate team management and consultancy skills  - Time management and project management skills  - Portray written and verbal communication/interpersonal skills
