Responsibilities :  - Conduct information technology risk assessments within the technology unit, including identifying and documenting controls, identifying potential gaps and inconsistencies and making sound recommendations for improvement or mitigation  - Understand and can consult on information security standards or risk and control matters  - Document and ensure communication of key risks  - Maintain relationships with middle level management and stakeholders across the technology support units  - Track action steps and ensure that control issues or findings are re-mediated appropriately and in a timely manner.  - Perform syndication of identified risk areas to understand the landscape and identify mitigating controls that can be incorporated into the process.  - Partner with Ops to ensure risk areas from Risk Events are properly and effectively mitigated  - Ensure situational calls are handled in accordance to prescribed framework, and impacts and gaps are duly addressed, managed and reported  - Syndicate new processes roll out and updates to ensure Ops are up to date  Requirements :  - Preference to CISA qualified.  - Prior experience in banking, information security, or IT audit   - Good interpersonal and communication skills - spoken and written  - Good understanding of overall technology processes, risks and control  - Experience in operational risk management and control self assessment  - Able to collaborate within a team, at various levels of stakeholders from the operating level to the senior management across locations  - Able to effectively manage time and prioritise tasks and responsibilities  - Self Starter, with the ability to start and manage things independently.
