Data Scientist (Notice Period: 30 Days or less)  Title: Data Scientist  No. of position: 3 (1 Senior and 2 Junior)  Experiences - 5-7 Years and 3-5 Years  Education: Master's Degree (Statistics, Math or Economics)  Note: Candidate should have minimum one project worked in Forecasting + CPG/Retails is good to have + Good Communication.  ROLE DESCRIPTION :  - This role is part of the Advanced Analytics delivery team and the ideal candidate is expected to have in-depth experience in solving Forecasting problems using different techniques preferably in CPG / Retail domain  - Will be required to develop statistical algorithms based on clients specific business requirement, implement them and build automated tools  - Should be able to explore data, conduct analysis and recommend actionable root causes of issues.  - Should have excellent communication skills. Additionally, should possess the ability to confidently socialize business recommendations and enable customer organization to execute such recommendations.  SKILL REQUIREMENTS :   - Should have experience in working within an Onsite Offshore model  - Hands-on experience in different forecasting techniques using sales, micro / macro-economic data  - Experience in other advanced analytics projects (using regression techniques, clustering and segmentation etc) will be an added plus.  - Will be required to write codes in SAS / R / Python / and pull data from multiple sources to execute such analysis.  - Should possess above par communication and presentation skills ability to write insights from analysis findings which in turn can be effectively communicated to the customer
