- Relevant Healthcare experience is a must. Preferably Claims processing

- Minimum 3 plus years experience in data modeling. Preferably in SQL Server environments

- Should have experience in creating and modifying normalized and dimensional models, as well as a thorough understanding of metadata, data mapping, and data profiling concepts

- Creating Data Dictionaries

- Running requirement Gathering sessions and documenting rules, measures and requirements to create a logical data model.

- Training and mentoring of staff with DM concepts

- Must have demonstrated experience working in a team environment.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Must have proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Bachelor degree, preferably in computer science or related technical field

- Software and Technical Skills

- Kimball-style data warehouse modeling experience

- Working with remote teams

- Programming experience and knowledge of SDLC

- SAS Knowledge
